PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Since 1994, a founding partner of RNW Consulting. Prior to RNW, Glenn worked as a management consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Sibson & Company, and he worked with Korn/Ferry International where he focused on recruiting executives for CEO, COO, and key corporate positions. Earlier in his career he worked with the Target Stores division of Dayton Hudson Corporation and M. Fortunoff Corporation.

EDUCATION
Glenn holds a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, with concentrations in strategy and economics. His research efforts included analyzing the agency problem and its impact on decision making and the strategic management of the firm, as well as quantifying the economic impact of airline regulation which was produced by the cross-subsidization from short-haul to
long-haul airfares.

He received his Bachelors degree in chemistry and history from Union College, New York. While at Union, he chaired the college’s strategic planning and budgeting priorities committee, and served on the All College Senate. He provided the genesis for and stewarded the creation of Union’s Internal Educational Foundation (IEF) which provided a formal mechanism for spawning and supporting collaborative research efforts between students and faculty. Thirty-three years later, IEF remains an active and vibrant part of intellectual innovation at Union today. Glenn was a Ford Foundation Fellow and served as a visiting instructor of American higher educational history at which time he taught a revisionist account of the role of the liberal arts college in the age of the university.

In between his undergraduate and graduate programs, Glenn studied with Lawrence Cremin at Columbia University’s Teachers College to re-examine the historical significance of the Yale Report of 1828.

A PERSONAL NOTE
Away from the office, Glenn enjoys biking, diving, cooking, fine wine, and skiing. Earlier in life he considered pursuing a career in classical music and still enjoys clarinet playing and orchestral conducting today. Tuscany and Paris are two of his favorite places to visit. He is the proud father of the most wonderful fifteen-year-old daughter and a proud grandfather of the five grandchildren he inherited later in life.
